The integration of ecological and social transition issues, and more specifically of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, in our teaching is one of Audencia's five CSR priorities, which the school identified through its materiality matrix with its stakeholders. To this end, Audencia has created Gaïa, the School of Ecological and Social Transition, and has launched the ClimatSUp Business initiative with The Shift Project.
Audencia thus combines two complementary approaches to train students in the ecological and social transition and in the strategies and practices that will make it a lever for innovation and performance. The school develops courses dedicated to the ecological and social transition and integrates these issues across all courses and programs. In this way, students can, on the one hand, deepen their understanding of the concept of CSR and how to define and implement a coherent approach involving stakeholders, and, on the other hand, understand how to apply these principles to all of the company's activities. This dual approach allows both to master a subject in its entirety but also to become aware of its interaction in a more global ecosystem.
By 2025, 80% of courses at Audencia will contribute to the realization of at least 1 SGD |
By 2025, 100% of Audencia students will have taken at least 1 course aligned with the SGDs and dispensed by Gaïa |
By 2025, 30% of the Executive Education's revenue will come from training programs linked to the ecological and social transition |
Audencia combines two complementary approaches to train students in CSR and the strategies and practices that make it a lever for innovation and performance. The school develops courses dedicated to CSR and integrates it transversally in all courses and programs.
While integrating the challenges of the ecological and social transition in all of its programs, Audencia relies on the expertise of its faculty to also offer several programs dedicated to CSR for those who wish to become actors of these transitions. These courses use immersive teaching methods and are most often based on a hybrid of skills.
In order to disseminate the results of its faculty's research and contribute to educating the greatest number of actors on the challenges of the ecological and social transition, Audencia offers several free training courses, often within the framework of the school's chairs.
The Corporate Social Responsibility program invites you, for one year, to question the way in which companies integrate sustainable development into their day-to-day strategies and activities.
The first semester allows you to better understand the link between societal challenges and their application in the company (what does the concept of CSR cover, what are the measurement and management tools, for what purposes?)
The second semester focuses on the themes of diversity and inclusion in the company. The courses focus on the concrete implementation of CSR in the company, and practitioners are invited to share their company's practices.
Because the integration of CSR dimensions in your future functions is at the heart of Audencia Business School's project, you will also be able to draw on the resources of the CSR Institute and the CSR Chair.
